Our services includes:
Arrangement and supervision of plants, equipment, contractors, staff, service companies, public utilities.
Collection of service charges and ground rent. Advising and representing on a client’s behalf to collect unpaid rent and charges.
Checking compliance with terms of leases and statutory requirements. Project management for major works required under terms of the lease or a Section 20 consultation procedure.
Expenditure estimation for service charges, forward forecasts for refurbishment, quotations for building works and repairs.
Dealing with day-to-day maintenance matters.
4 visits per annum to the property. Attendance of one Directors meeting per year, as well as the Annual General Meeting. Regular reporting on block affairs.
Carrying out licences to alter and lease extensions from our RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor.
It was a shame that Chase Evans Property management was not to the same standard that I had received from Bayonne.
